Mark's Tess-timonial:

Simply put: Tess has the most hustle of anyone I know in venture, and that's a high bar. She is always on, always responsive, and always helpful - and that extends past the initial fundraise to intros, hires and bd deals you need along the way. When it comes to VC, that's most of the value-add right there.
